WHAT IS THE BONEYARD COFFEE COMPANY?
The Boneyard Coffee Company is a premium small-batch coffee company that serves up premium coffee for people who like light, medium and dark roast coffee from all over the world! We blend and roast our exclusive coffee and ship them directly to your doorstep.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use multiple carriers that include USPS 1st class for smaller shipments (12oz package), USPS Priority for medium shipments (2-8 packages) and UPS for larger shipments (9 packages or more).
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
The Boneyard Coffee Company offers flat-rate shipping on all orders for $7.95.
HOW DO YOU CHANGE/CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Since we have a fast turn-around, orders should be changed/cancelled immediately if there is an issue. We recommend emailing our customer service (customerservice@boneyardcoffee.com). Your email should include the order number of the product purchased.
HOW DO I EDIT MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you would like to edit your subscription, log into your account and click the Manage Subscriptions link. There you will be able to see your past purchasing history, upcoming orders and have the ability to cancel or modify existing subscriptions.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?
Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light. Storing it in a dark, airtight container at room temperature will keep your ground coffee fresh for up to 4 weeks or more. But hey, we recommend drinking it. It's delicious!
